Pursuant to Clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the International Children's Aid Foundation "Children Must Live" (Primary State Registration Number 1237700543409, Taxpayer Identification Number 9702058819), hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation", hereby publishes this public offer for accepting voluntary donations and invites individuals and legal entities to cooperate in order to support the statutory activities of the Foundation.
1. Subject Matter of the Offer
The Foundation accepts voluntary financial contributions in the form of one-time and recurring donations, which shall be purposefully used for the implementation of statutory objectives and programs. 2. Terms of Donation
Donations are accepted through the Foundation's official website or by transfer to the organization's bank account. Making a transfer confirms the donor's consent to the terms of this offer and constitutes the gratuitous contribution of funds to support the Foundation.
3. Refund of Donations
Should a donor wish to withdraw a donation, such action is possible within seven calendar days from the date of the transfer. To initiate a refund, a corresponding request must be sent to the Foundation's email address: all@childrenmustlive.com, stating the reason for the refund and the payment details for the funds transfer.
